Location: CARLYLE LAKE AND TAIL WATERS THAT ARE OPEN

The Tournament is open to Boys & Girls ages 17 and under, that are accompanied by a Individual Sponsor.

(Sponsors can oversee more than one child during the Tournament)

Three age group divisions

Division #1 10 and under

Division #2 11 to 14

Division #3 15 to 17

Tournament hours 8 AM TO 4 PM

Sign in and weigh in will at the Coles Creek boat ramp.

Entry Fee: $10.00 per child

Tournament Format: The participants will be trying to harvest the biggest fish in two different species of rough fish. The combined weight of the two different fish species will be added together to determine the total weight turned in by that child in their age group division. 

Awards will be presented to the children for Overall Winner, 1^st, 2^nd, and 3^rd Places in each division, and Longest gar. (Passing on the Tradition Certificates)

The Sponsor of the child that weighs-in the Biggest Fish in each division will receive a

Passing on the Tradition, Outstanding Achievement Award Plaque.

Big Fish Certificate will be presented to the individual that weighs-in the biggest fish during the tournament in each division.

Tournament Champion Plaque

Presented to the child that has the heaviest combined fish weight overall. (All divisions)

Door Prize Gifts

AMS Bowfishing, Cajun Archery, InnerLoc H20 Bowfishing, and Muzzy Corp.

And any other local businesses that would like to see their State Youth Bowfishing Championship Tournament be a Huge Success for the children to enjoy.

Refreshments: Will be provided to participants and their sponsors.

Special Requirements: Every child participating in the Passing on the Tradition State Youth Bowfishing Championship Tournament must have a personal sponsor that will take full responsibility for the child’s Safety and Personal Behavior while participating in the Youth Bowfishing Event.
